I love Ashwagandha - I just have problems intaking it because I don't like the taste from the powder pills, these gummies solve that issue.

They are gummies Ashwagandha with a sweet sugar coat to help make the taste better and get it in your system faster (the sugar will help the supplements get into your system faster). I mostly use it as a post, night relaxer to put me to bed and calm me down after intense lifting sessions at the gym (and to recharge/recover the body).

Heads up, they are pretty sweet although the sugar is only 2g, I was little surprised that it almost tasted like regular candy.

don't like mushrooms. They taste too earthy to me and I dislike the texture. That's one reason these gummies by The Whole Difference caught my eye. I am always looking for a way to get the benefits of mushrooms without actually having to eat them. You may love mushrooms. But, even if you don't, my guess is that you'll love these gummies.

This small pack of cubed gummies contains a blend of Ashwagandha, Reishi, and Holy Basil. I looked these up and here's what I found in summary: Ashwaganda is a rood from India that they use to relieve stress, and improve sleep and energy. Reishi is a mushroom used in traditional Chinese medicine to improve immunity, promote sleep, and help with stress and fatigue. Holi Basil is an herb from India used to reduce stress, support blood sugar balance, and as an anti-inflammatory. Thats a lot in one gummy!

These gummies are very easy to consume. They taste great, like a sweet-n-sour berry. You only need to take one gummy each day. There are 30 in the package. Like any supplement, there are no immediate results for most people, but the long term prospects are good. These gummies are well-packaged, easy to take, and seem to be of good quality. They are not cheap but if you value the benefits of this kind of combination of supplements from the far east, you would be making an investment in your long-term health. And all without the need to eat mushrooms! Recommended.

What impresses me most about these gummies is that they are third-party tested. It is (unfortunately) rare to see that certification listed on any supplement, much less one in gummy form. Plus, the supplement carries a batch number, which adds to the accountability. Also important to me, it's not tested on animals.

I was doubtful about how the gummies would taste. Ashwagandha is pleasant enough, but reishi and holy basil are not my favorite flavors. So I was actually shocked by how delicious these are. I get a sweet, berry-like taste followed by a nice, slight bit of tartness.

I also like that a serving size is one gummy per day versus two. That keeps the package size smaller and the amount of sugar I am consuming, less.

As to "effects"...I look upon ashwagandha, reishi, and holy basil more as adaptagens than instant de-stressers, so any calming effect should build over weeks or months. Still, in just the few days I've taken these I feel a little more relaxed, even if that might just be the placebo effect. In any case, I've had no bad reactions, stomach or otherwise, and I'm really enjoying this supplement.

These Adrift Calm gummies are delicious and gentle. I take them in the evening and I don't feel any side effects. Great natural addition to my routine!
