Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something's not right, we’ll make it right.

We accept returns and refunds within 30 days of purchase—whether your item was damaged, incorrect, didn’t arrive, or didn't meet your expectations. Simply Contact us or email us at hello@thewholedifference.co to request a refund or replacement.

Once your return or refund request is processed, you’ll receive your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days (processing times may vary depending on your bank). If a replacement is requested, it will be dispatched within 48 business hours to the same shipping address as the original order address.
